  • My Account

    • How do I create an account?

      To create a new account:

      1. Click the "Sign Up" link at the top right side of our site.
      2. Below the New customers heading, click the "Create an account" button to begin your first-time registration.
      3. Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

      Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

    • How do I edit my account information?

      To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.

    • I forgot my password.

      Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account. The site will automatically send you an email with your password.

  • Order Status

    • Has my order shipped?

      To view your Order Status, you must first login to access your account. This ensures that your private information will be secure. Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

    • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

      Please note that once an order has begun processing, or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

    • How do I track my order?

      Track your order from the moment it ships to the moment it arrives. It will take at least one business day for your order to display.

    • My order never arrived.

      Track your order status and see if all of the items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

    • An item is missing from my shipment.

      If an item is missing from your shipment, be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped, as some items may be shipped separately. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered.       If your product is missing parts, login to "My Account" to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped.     • When will my backorder arrive?

      Backordered items are not currently in stock at any of our warehouse locations. We have ordered the product from the supplier, but have not received a date yet as to when we will receive this product, but as soon as we do we will promptly process your shipment.

  • Shipping and Returns

    • How much is my shipping?

      Shipping charges vary by carrier and are automatically calculated at checkout. To calculate shipping on your selected items, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can select a shipping method.

    • I received the wrong product.

      If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

    • What is your return policy?

    • When will my order ship?

      Total Delivery Time for Your Order

      The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

      Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse. The processing time is usually 1-2 business days.

      Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door. See shipping times below.

      We offer three shipping methods for most items:

      • Standard Shipping (3 to 5 business days)
      • 2- to 3-Day Shipping (2 to 3 business days)
      • 1-Day Shipping (1 business day)

      Please note:

      • Shipping times do not include processing time (most in stock items generally take 1-2 days to process) and Standard Shipping times only apply to items being sent to the 48 contiguous states.
      • For Standard Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add 2-4 days.
      • Shipments to military APO / FPO addresses and U.S. territories and protectorates should arrive in 3-6 weeks. We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time.
      • Weather-related shipping delays are not within the control of LPI Certification Marketplace.

      Digital Products

      Digital products will be emailed immediately, after your order is processed and payment is received. Please contact customer service if you have not received your digital products within 12 hours of purchase.

      Physical Products

      Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 24-48 hours after placing the order. You will receive an email with your tracking information once the product has shipped.

      You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

    • Do you ship to my country?

      Physical/non-downloadable products can only be shipped to U.S. locations at this time.

      Downloadable products and exam vouchers are fulfilled via email. To ensure we process your order properly, please select your country from this map. If your country is not listed on this page, we cannot ship to your country at this time.

      How do I request a price match from mindhub?

      When making a purchase, or during the return and exchange period after your purchase from mindhub, please communicate to us by email at mindhub@pearson.com that you would like help with a Price Match request. Please provide proof of the lower price that is still in effect that you want mindhub to price match. Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison. Only the person who was billed for the purchase can request a Price Match request, after a purchase from mindhub.

      Does mindhub match the prices of Internet retailers?

      Yes. mindhub does match the prices of Internet-only retailers or the website prices of other retail competitors' stores.

      How do I show "proof" of price?

      The best way to show proof of price is to provide the competitor's current ad, promotional landing page or link to a product in an online store. We may call the competitor to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

      How does your price match policy cover an item scheduled for delivery from mindhub?

      If the price of an item drops at any time before its scheduled delivery date, we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax. To receive the lower price, you must email mindhub@pearson.com.

      Does mindhub price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

      No. mindhub does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders.

  • Pricing and Billing

    • Do I have to pay sales tax?

      You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you are a tax exempt organization please contact customer service after creating your account for us to be able to update your records in our system after verification.

    • I have a question on my charges.

      If you have a question about a charge, please review your order history first.

    • What are my payment choices?

      During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

    • I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

      Login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to view and print invoices.

    • When will my credit appear on my account?

      The time it takes for your credit to appear on your account may vary. However, credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we received your item(s).

    • When will my credit card be charged?

      Your credit card will be charged immediately on placing the order.

    • How do I find my product?

      To find the product(s) you are looking for, you may: (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

    • How do I navigate the site?

      To navigate this website, simply click on a category you are be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

    • How do I use a coupon?

      After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you will see a box where you may enter and apply your coupon code to your order.
